MEET OUR 2025 MISSISSIPPI

CHERRY BLOSSOM DELEGATE

We are proud to announce that the Mississippi Society 2025 Cherry Blossom Delegate is Anna Brooks Reed.

 

Anna Brooks Reed is a 2022 graduate of the University of Mississippi where she studied Political Science with an emphasis on International Conflict and Cooperation. As a member of the Honors College, the Associated Student Body, and the Kappa Delta sorority, she was active in academic, civic, and social life. She has interned with Senator Cindy Hyde Smith and Congressman Trent Kelly. Anna Brooks currently works as a Research Assistant on the House Armed Services Committee. She is also a member of the Madison of DC and the Jeté Society and a volunteer with Country First Academy. Anna Brooks is a member of the 2027 class of the United States Army War College to obtain a Masters in Strategic Studies.

 

The Cherry Blossom Cultural Exchange Program is a week-long opportunity for young women from across the U.S. and worldwide to come together and network. The program offers cultural, educational, and professional development opportunities for young women leaders, between the ages of 19 and 24, across the United States and around the world.

 

We look forward to supporting Anna Brooks through the Cherry Blossom Delegate program!
